| Abrazos Adventure, the horse connection, encourages horseback riding and lessons to be a family affair. Since Miss Wendy does not have staff, she teaches the attending family members so they can assist children as needed - parents stay for the lesson. They are either on the outside of the arena cheering on their person or actually helping where needed if not riding with the young person. Remember, Portales is within easy driving distance of Clovis, Melrose and other outlying communities in eastern New Mexico. |
